<p>To really give your salad a health boost, here is five veggies that are packed with antioxidant, just add one or all to pack a healthier punch.</p>

Artichokes<br />
Broccoli<br />
Leeks<br />
Radishes<br />
Red chicory</p>
<p>Scientist studying 27 vegetable have found that the artichoke packed the most antioxidant, and it also contains plenty of fiber and folate. At the market look for a nice and plump, but compact artichoke with fresh and green looking scales.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll find most of these vegetables in your local supermarket, depending on the season.</p>
