Only one pill instead of 4!
My doctor recommended this supplement. She had me taking several supplements: zinc, iron, Vitamin E, Vitamin C among others.

Best One-A-Day Vitamin
Many years ago, I did a lot of research trying to decide which multi-vitamin would be the best one for me, and chose TwinLab Daily One.
