What is it?

Precautions
Vitamin A can be toxic if taken in excess amounts over 100 000 IU
Can be toxic to infants in amounts over 18 500 IU
Side effects of over dosage can manifest as hair loss, nausea, diarrhea, blurred vision, fatigue, headaches and liver enlargement.
