Summer is just a couple of months away and undoubtedly you want to go out in the sun wearing as little clothing as possible. Still, this is an option only for those who look good and have no reason to hide their bodies. If heavy winter food and spring asthenia haven’t brought you down with depression, then you were certainly put off by a recent look into the mirror. It’s high time to lose that spare tire you are carrying around your waist and get in shape for the coming summer. You still have the time to get rid of the fat and make a good impression at the beach.

The best way to start when tackling the problem of shedding weight is by taking a good look at your diet. If you want to change anything about the way you look, this is your top priority. You are going to have to cut down on potatoes, pasta and bread. You are also going to skip chips, soda, fries and all sorts of fast food. Instead, you should rely on fruits and vegetables to keep hunger away. Keep fruits with you at all times and eat to your heart’s content. If you feel hungry and desperate for a snack, don’t buy a bag of chips or a hamburger. Instead, you should eat a banana or a couple of apples.

The second part of your weight loss strategy should be exercising. It doesn’t matter if you feel all rusty after the long winter and it doesn’t matter if you are not in the mood. Get off the couch and exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Before you start growling, I’d like to point out that 30 minutes are by no means a sacrifice. If you can find a couple of hours to watch TV every day, then you can certainly find 30 minutes to exercise in order to stay in shape and healthy. The best way to exercise is to go to the gym. If you’re not comfortable with that, you should at least go jogging. It’s good for your heart and it helps you burn fat fast.

Another good way to shed weight is to use a weight loss system. The best such system around is the amazing ProShapeRX - O-Vital, the only weight loss solution to combine pills, exercises and diet tips. With the beautiful warm weather we’ve been having here in Montreal, it truly does feel like spring has taken a foot hold. I’m planning on taking out the bar b q from storage and start planning my vegetable garden over the weekend. There is nothing better than picking fresh tomatoes off the vine to use in a salad. but until mid summer, I’ll still be forced to buy from the local market.

To really give your salad a health boost, here is five veggies that are packed with antioxidant, just add one or all to pack a healthier punch.

5 healthy kick veggies
Artichokes
Broccoli
Leeks
Radishes
Red chicory

Scientist studying 27 vegetable have found that the artichoke packed the most antioxidant, and it also contains plenty of fiber and folate. At the market look for a nice and plump, but compact artichoke with fresh and green looking scales.

You’ll find most of these vegetables in your local supermarket, depending on the season.

Performing a parasite cleansing flush at the same time you are performing your colon cleansing will not only help you flush the poisons and toxins from your system, you will also be able to get rid of the little bugs and parasites that you pick up from eating, drinking water, and simply walking barefoot in your yard. Parasites in your system can cause illnesses and allergies and when added to an unhealthy colon, you can feel terrible and never have a good reason for it. By using a parasite cleansing recipe with your colon cleansing flush, you can kill two birds with one stone.

It will take three to eight weeks of adding parasite cleansing recipe ingredients to your diet in conjunction with your colon cleansing. As you begin to feel better and notice things like the whites of your eyes no longer being bloodshot, you will know that the parasite cleansing is working. It’s at this point you can discontinue the parasite cleansing part of your ritual.

More of a recommendation than an actual recipe, the parasite cleansing recipe that you use simply adds certain foods into your diet. These foods help kill the parasites in your system and help your gastrointestinal tract work well. Eating one to three fresh jalapeno peppers a day mixed with some yogurt will help kill internal parasites. By mixing the spicy peppers with yogurt, you will be able to eat them without it burning your throat and upsetting your stomach. And you’ll actually be able to enjoy the flavor of the pepper for a change.

Garlic, fennel, and pumpkin seeds are all good for killing off the parasites in your system. They should be eaten raw to get the most benefits from the food. Pumpkin seeds contain an amino acid that paralyzes the parasites and causes them to drop free from your intestines, allowing them to simply be expelled from the body. Fennel and garlic also weaken the parasites. You can buy garlic tablets and take them in place of eating raw garlic. Also Vitamin C and hydrochloric acid tablets help kill the parasites as well.

Once you have performed your colon cleansing and your parasite cleansing, start drinking filtered water. Municipal water sources also have parasites in it that will multiple in your body and you’ll have to start from the beginning all over again.
